About Your Postpartum Doula

Anna Priddy

My own journey into motherhood was nothing short of life changing. In those first tender weeks, I leaned on the guidance of my postpartum doula, and it gave me something every new parent deserves: peace of mind. She reminded me that self care isn’t selfish and that it is not only okay, but necessary to ask for help. That experience shifted my perspective on motherhood and inspired me to walk alongside other families in their fourth trimester.

Today, as a postpartum doula, my heart is in helping parents find their footing and feel truly supported. I love those quiet, messy, beautiful moments with newborns and their families, the ones where a little reassurance or an extra pair of hands makes the whole day feel lighter. My role is about bringing ease into the chaos and reminding you that while parenthood isn’t always easy, you do not have to do it alone.

Every baby is unique, every family is different, and my goal is to honor that individuality while making your transition into parenthood feel a little smoother and a lot more supported. I provide practical newborn care, emotional support, and hands on help so you can focus on healing, resting, and bonding with your baby.

When I am not supporting families, you will usually find me exploring new coffee shops and playgrounds with my husband and our two little ones, the people who keep me grounded, inspired, and always ready for another adventure.
